Starting from March 2022, we have implemented an upgrade to our hardware for all newly provisioned accounts. These accounts will now be hosted on high-specification NvME servers featuring AMD EPYC CPUs. This upgrade significantly enhances the overall performance of our servers and as a result, we are also increasing the resource allowances for all accounts. Below, you will find complete details regarding these changes.
Server Options:
Our high-specification NVME hosting is available in the following locations:
- US-West
- US-East
- London
- Singapore
- India
- Europe
While additional locations are offered for our shared hosting plans and dedicated servers, it’s important to note that they might not provide the same high specification as mentioned earlier. We strongly recommend selecting one of the aforementioned locations when placing an order.
To ensure optimal performance and reliability, we utilize a combination of cloud infrastructure providers. The choice of provider and specific location is made based on these factors, and unfortunately, it is not possible for customers to select a more specific location or provider. For instance, if you choose Europe, your server may be located in Frankfurt or Amsterdam, while US-East may place your server in New York City or Washington DC. For customers who require a more granular choice, we suggest opting for a dedicated server.
Service Specifications:
All servers are provisioned with identical features, although minor variations may occur. The standard features include:
- NvME Volumes
- AMD EPYC CPUs
- CloudLinux 8
- Redundant RAID Storage
- Offsite Backups
- 10GBIT+ Network
- LiteSpeed
- Imunify360
- Softaculous Pro
- SitePad
- Anycast DNS
- Inline DDOS protection (Please note that while we provide DDOS protection, we reserve the right to take sites offline if they come under attack)
The default CloudLinux limits per cPanel on these servers are as follows:
- RAM: Up to 4GB depending on the package
- vCPU: Up to 2 vCPUs depending on the package
- IO: Ranging from 20MB/S to 100MB/S depending on the package
- Iops: Ranging from 1024 to 5200 depending on the package
Existing Clients on Older Servers:
We are committed to upgrading all our clients to this new hardware, if they haven’t already been updated. Our team will be reaching out to clients individually to coordinate the migration process. However, clients who wish to migrate additional websites to our hosting can proactively contact us in advance to request the update.
For existing clients, if there is a need to move the reseller account to the new hardware, it must be done before migrating additional websites.
Mailing Limits:
As a default setting, each cPanel account has a mailing limit of 100 emails per hour. However, upon request, we can increase this limit to 1000 emails per hour. Should you require a higher volume, we recommend employing a mass mailing solution like Mailgun or MailChimp.
Unlimited Disk Space:
We pride ourselves on offering generous disk space allocations, providing an unlimited web hosting experience with certain packages. For these specific packages, we do not impose any restrictions on disk space usage as long as it is utilized for websites and not intended for archiving or storing data.
It is worth mentioning that there is a fair usage policy in place for shared hosting, and at some point, a site may outgrow these limitations. If your entire account exceeds 250GB, our team will contact you to assist in reducing usage for any cPanel account that exceeds 50GB. We can suggest more suitable alternatives or provide the option to purchase additional space at a cost of $0.45c per GB per month.
This policy overrides any other usage limits, including mail quotas.
